Manex Azcue

Manex Azcue is Head of Logistics at a global rail manufacturing company, where he manages logistics operations across warehouse management, stock control, material supply, and process improvement. Before stepping into his current role, he spent three years as a Logistics Engineer, working hands-on with ERP and MRP systems, Power BI, kanban, and kitting setups in real industrial environments. He’s especially interested in where logistics teams can reduce manual work through better tools and automation, an interest that started early in his career when he built internal software that saved more than 100 hours of manual work per year. Based in the Basque Country, Spain, he brings an operator’s perspective to logistics software, supply chain systems, and the gaps between how tools are sold and how they actually work on the floor.
